Redeveloper packages Atlas (design recovery) and Uplift (abstraction lifting) for the legacy enterprise modernization market. It targets organisations maintaining aging systems — COBOL mainframes, legacy ERP, decades-old codebases — that need to modernize without a full rewrite.

Redeveloper is not a separate tool. It is the positioning, workflow, and documentation layer that presents Atlas and Uplift as an integrated modernization offering for enterprise buyers. The approach is three-phased: Discovery (Atlas maps program structure, business rules, and data flow), Analysis (Uplift identifies what can be extracted, re-expressed, or exposed as modern APIs), and Incremental Modernization (transform piece by piece, maintaining system behaviour throughout).

Redeveloper is currently in conceptual phase. It depends entirely on Atlas and Uplift, both of which are pre-implementation. No code exists in this repository.
